Continuous Improvement:
We recognize that achieving equity is an ongoing process. We are committed to regularly reviewing our policies, practices, and programs to ensure they are aligned with our values of inclusivity and equity. We seek feedback from our community and stakeholders and are open to learning and growing in our efforts to create a more just and equitable organization.
Our Vision:
We envision a world where every cat has a safe and loving home, and every person, regardless of their background or identity, has the opportunity to contribute to and benefit from our mission. Together, we can create a community where compassion, respect, and equity are at the heart of everything we do.
