SERTOMA Club of Watauga

A nonprofit organization

The Sertoma Club of Watauga (Service To Mankind), was chartered in 2006 in the City of Watauga Texas. The primary purpose is to assist those who are in need of hearing aid. Testing and devices that assist with hearing problems. We find that there are other issues that some of our school districts face and that is keeping students supplied with needs to get them through school.
Fundraisers have been established to raise the necessary dollars to assist with clothing, shoes, school supplies and meals for many Birdville and Keller ISD students. We currently have 34 active members and do 4/5 fundraisers per year. The fundraisers generate around $15,000.00 per year. We are a diverse organization that rotates leadership roles annually.
Programs that have been established are "Shoes for Kids", "Back to School Rally", "Weekend Snack Pack", "Sertoma Santa",
"Heroes for Help", and many other programs that assist families in need.

Our Needs

Funding for school supplies, school nurse needs, i.e. ( underwear, socks, cleanex, coats and pants, food supplies for the snack pack program, gift cards for the Sertoma Santa and Heroes for Help programs.

Mission

The Sertoma Club of Watauga's Mission is to serve the Community of Watauga to improve the lives of those who need help.

The mission and our passion is to improve the quality of life for those at risk or have been impacted by hearing loss through education and support.
