I. SCHOLARSHIP FUNDING
SHE SHALL BE award scholarships to high school graduates and women pursuing higher education goals and become financial stable to build better futures.
The SOAR scholarship is given to qualified recipients who will receive financial contributions of various amounts to be awarded at an annual luncheon event.
Your donation will help with college-related expenses and help underwrite the costs associated with the award luncheon.
II. SPECIAL PROJECTS, PROGRAMMING & ANNUALLY HOSTED EVENTS
We need financial support for our annual events, where we offer giveaways, and incentives to motivate and support participants in their learning and growth.
Our programs are designed and coordinated with progressive series of high-quality coaching and training activities that help girls, teens and women achieve educational, social, emotional, spiritual and physical well-being equipping HER to be her best self.
We are developing plans to distribute care packages for homeless individuals and shelter residents, specifically tailored to meet their immediate needs and provide comfort.
We are dedicated to addressing such issues as, body shaming, peer abuse, teen dating issues, cyberbullying, mental health, cultural expectations, and financial independence, that will help empower girls, teens and women.

III. GRANTS/GRANT WRITING
We are currently seeking a grant writer who shares our passion for making a difference in the lives of others, and whose expertise will play a crucial role in helping us secure funding needed to introduce impactful programs within our organization.
Their experience should demonstrate success in securing grants for nonprofit organizations, preferably in the areas of education and literacy, health and wellness, economic and community development, technology and innovation, and arts and culture.
Skills Should Include:
Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and well-organized proposals.
Proficiency in researching potential funders and understanding their funding priorities.
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Familiarity with the nonprofit sector, including fundraising strategies and grant requirements.
