When someone doesn’t have shoes, it’s not just their feet that suffer. Our programs are focused on making a measurable impact on people and the planet.
Providing relief - We collect new shoes and clothing to distribute to people in need across the US and around the world. We’re also on a mission to provide new shoes to the 1.5 million kids in the U.S. experiencing homelessness.
In Texas, more than 111,000 students are experiencing homelessness. Soles4Souls partners with women’s shelters, veterans’ organizations, children’s programs and schools to get shoes and clothing to those who need it most.
So far, Soles4Souls has distributed 34K pairs of new shoes and 38K pieces of new clothing in Texas.
Fighting poverty - We help people launch and sustain their own small business selling donated shoes and clothing. By selling shoes, business owners have money to provide for their family—and people who need shoes the most get them at a price they can afford.
The planet - Together, we're protecting the environment by putting your used shoes and clothing to good use, instead of wasting away in a landfill. Since 2006, we've saved over 83 million pairs of shoes and pieces of clothing from going to waste.
In 2021 alone, we kept over 55K pairs of shoes and 162K pieces of clothing out of North Texas landfills.
Our primary objective is to disrupt the cycle of poverty.
To help achieve this vision, our strategy focuses on philanthropic investments that create inclusive and sustainable solutions to turn shoes and clothing into opportunities.

Every dollar you donate helps provide shoes and clothing to people who need them most. $20 provides a new pair of athletic shoes to a child impacted by homelessness.
TEAM. And we don’t just mean our staff. Our TEAM is our entire network of partner organizations, brand partners, entrepreneurs, volunteers, and vendors.
