Needs
$20,000 To Support Survivors and Bochy's League
Supporting Human Trafficking Survivors:
Bochy's Place is committed to supporting survivors of trafficking and domestic violence. Our survivor-centered approach focuses on providing housing and rental support, utilities payments, groceries, college and career support.
The $10,000 funding will be utilized to expand our transitional life support to help support more survivors and safe homes. By empowering survivors with the tools they need to rebuild their lives, we believe we can break the cycle of exploitation and give these survivors a chance for a brighter future.
The Bochy's League Program:
The Bochy’s League Program envisions itself as a safe space where children can receive education on mental, emotional, and physical health, learn ways to spot trafficking tactics, earn scholarships, and have experiences and opportunities they may not have otherwise.
In addition, The Bochy’s League Program aims to provide a transformative journey for both children and educators. Our mission is to empower these young children, shielding them from the negative influences of the world and instilling in them a profound sense of self-worth by giving them the tools and opportunities they need to succeed.
We help them understand the importance of self-respect, confidence, and self-worth while nurturing them to become leaders within their communities and families.
The majority of these students live on prostitution streets, in homeless shelters, in Budget Inns, or on the streets. These students desperately need food, clothing, and often extra mental and emotional support and encouragement.
With your help, we are able to provide more experiences, tools, resources, and scholarships. The additional $10,000 will be used to provide this for these students.
Our $20,000 funding campaign aims to establish consistent resources for the Bochy's League Program, in addition to supporting the expansion of The Bochy's League Program.
