Founded in September 1974 by a group of local physicians, Texoma Regional Blood Center (TRBC) is an independent non-profit dedicated to providing a reliable blood supply to our community. The center was established in response to the lack of available blood and blood products in the area. Our founders envisioned a community-driven blood center that would ensure a steady and adequate supply for Grayson, Fannin, and Cooke counties. This vision came to fruition on April 1, 1975, when TRBC began supplying blood and blood components to hospitals across North Texas.
Since our inception, TRBC has collaborated closely with hospital partners to meet all their blood banking needs and remains committed to this mission. Our daily efforts focus on addressing the needs of patients in our area hospitals. Thanks to the ongoing support of our local community, we maintain a strong base of regular donors who ensure that essential blood and blood products are always available for those in need.
It is the mission of Texoma Regional Blood Center to provide an adequate supply of voluntarily donated blood to meet the needs of the patients in the areas served by the Texoma Regional Blood Center. To provide the highest quality services and the lowest possible fees and to maximize the usage of all blood components.

Community Engagement & Outreach: A portion of the funds will be dedicated to educating and engaging the community about the urgent need for blood donations. Your support will help us recruit new donors and keep our current donors actively involved.
General Operational Costs: Another portion will cover essential day-to-day expenses, including staff salaries, facility maintenance, and necessary supplies.
Capital Expense Purchases: Funds will also be allocated for crucial capital investments, such as new technology and equipment upgrades.
