$30,000 Goal

Hands of Hope is a street outreach to the unsheltered homeless, our teams complete on-site coordinated housing assessments to get them into the housing system, a vital first step toward permanent housing. We work to identify the root-cause of their homelessness and connect them with services that address their need.
We believe there are no hopeless situations.

Our Needs

Funds are needed to help assist families that are experiencing homelessness. Due to the moratorium being lifted from the eviction process. We are seeing a huge increase of newly evicted families in need. When funds are available, We are able to help with some of the most critical needs that in many cases help resolve the issues of homelessness they are experiencing. It allows us to provide emergency motel stay when shelter is not available, a car repair that otherwise would prevent transportation to employment or other agency. It allows us to provide gift cards for fuel or even a replacement tire if needed. There are multiple other examples of assistance that your support allows us to provide. Thank you for supporting Hands of Hope!

Mission

Hands of Hope is dedicated to serve and respond to the needs of the homeless living in our community.

Our ultimate goal is to Improve, Impact and

Benefit every persons life we touch

Needs

We are in need of a passenger van in order to transport those dealing with homelessness to shelter and other services.
