We strive to educate and inform the people of Texas on the importance of the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and Article 1 Section 23 of the Texas Constitution, and equip them with the tools and knowledge necessary to defend their rights.
Through a variety of educational materials, speaking engagements, and training programs, we empower gun rights activists to mobilize and protect the Second Amendment from all those who seek to undermine it.
We also aim to defend the Second Amendment in the courts and seek to restore rights that have been lost over the years. By bringing Texas Gun Rights’ NO COMPROMISE tactics to the courtroom, we will safeguard the freedoms guaranteed by the Second Amendment to ensure that law-abiding gun owners are protected from any violations of their rights by overzealous bureaucrats and gun ban politicians.
1. Legal Defense for Law-Abiding Gun Owners
Rogue district attorneys backed by anti-gun billionaires like George Soros are targeting law-abiding gun owners with bogus charges all over Texas. TXGRF steps in to challenge these abuses, work to reverse unjust convictions, and demand restitution when lives are upended by providing legal and financial support.
2. Fighting Anti-Gun “Lawfare” in the Courts
Anti-gun prosecutors and activists are increasingly using the courts to wear down pro-gun organizations and individuals. We’re currently defending against coordinated lawsuits brought by 16 Democrat Attorneys General trying to relitigate our historic and successful federal settlement with the DOJ on forced reset triggers -- how absurd! 3. Youth Firearms Safety and Marksmanship Education
We partner with leaders like Top Shot Dustin to sponsor young Texans at firearms safety and marksmanship camps—ensuring the next generation understands their rights and knows how to exercise them safely and responsibly.
4. Rapid Legal Response Capability
We are forced to turn away deserving cases simply due to limited resources. More funding means more ability to hire attorneys, secure expert witnesses, and respond quickly when the Second Amendment is under threat in Texas courtrooms.
