The MISSION of The Conversation Group is to mentor leaders to courageously transform their slice of God's world.

The Conversation Group mentors leaders to courageously transform their slice of God's world. Our world needs moral mentorship - competent, virtuous, and trusted mentors who follow Jesus Christ. Our donors are investing in a movement of leaders like you who desire the manifold benefits of an affordable and accessible mentor relationship.

Without meaningful conversations, relationships suffer and leadership diminishes. The conversation is the relationship.

Our model is conversation driven and allows for discovery and clarity for your life and work. We combine over 40 years of diverse ministry experience with the art and skill of personal connection to provide you with accessible and credibility mentorship opportunities. In a Conversation Group session, you can expect that we will: listen for understanding; ask questions for clarity; provide tools and actions for change. Each session is designed to connect, coach, and equip you to lead to your fullest potential.
