This North Texas Giving Day, we are excited to share a special journey with you—Allie’s story. Inspired by the real experiences of our clients, Allie’s journey highlights the critical impact our services have on survivors of sexual violence.

Starting now through September 19th, we’ll be sharing key moments from Allie's story, showing how your support truly makes a difference in the lives of survivors.

Follow along on email or social media, or click on Allie's Story above, to see how each step in our holistic approach to care empowers individuals like Allie to heal and thrive.

Your support on North Texas Giving Day can help us continue this life-changing work.

Mission

The mission of The Turning Point is to provide counseling, education, and advocacy for those impacted by sexual violence. Our vision is to deliver the highest quality of comprehensive services for survivors and promote social change to end all forms of sexual violence. All services provided by The Turning Point are free.

In November of 2018, TTP opened Courtney’s SAFE Place, the first and only forensic clinic in North Texas, (one of three in the entire state of Texas) providing survivors with the opportunity to free services, including a forensic exam, in a survivor-centered safe haven rather than a hospital ER.
