Our PTA serves William Lipscomb Elementary in the heart of Old East Dallas. We strive to provide the best opportunities and environment for more than 420 students that attend classes at our campus. As a Title 1 campus, a campus with at least 40% low-income families, PTA is available to provide support and boost the school's learning and academic achievements through fundraising. Your donation will be used in the following ways:
1 - Teacher support - 26%. Teachers are the foundation of our kids education and we want to make sure they have snack carts throughout the year & have everything they need for the classroom student experience.
2 - Student Enrichment - 26%. Without these critical contributions, our kids wouldn't have been able to go to NASA, visit the Perot, go to the Dallas Zoo, and have acting classes with Dallas Children's Theater.
3 - School requests - 31%. Our kids need to feel safe and supported at Lipscomb. The PTA supports needs like the student bike raffle for perfect attendance and Peace Pantry weekend food bags.
4 - Spirit Wear - 15%. What's learning without a little fun! That's why the PTA sponsors and ensures that every Lipscomb Lion has the best spirit wear possible to fashion throughout the year.
We love our students, and we adore our teachers! Go Lions! 🦁💜💛 #lipscombpta #lipscomblove
