Initiate Hope was founded in 2009 by Anna Spiegel. Anna previously served in North Africa and Southeast Asia. Methods and organizational techniques learned in North Africa and Southeast Asia have been expanded, improved, and applied in the ministry of Initiate Hope. Today Anna represents First Baptist Richardson as Chaplain to International Students and as an encourager of church members in a deeper walk with Christ.
Funding of the change of visa category in the UK. British Immigration has modified the rules for certain categories of visas for workers from outside the UK. This will require a restructure of the way that expenses are administered for the ministry. Prepayments will require more money upfront. Plus monthly expense requirements will significantly increase.
Initiate Hope, Inc. exists for the purpose of mobilizing the Body of Christ to actively participate in the work God is doing both in their communities and in the world. Believing in the truth of God's Word, we desire to lead Christians by our example of a mission-oriented lifestyle, reaching out to a broken world with the truth of the Gospel and the compassion of Christ.
