Apollo Support & Rescue

Apollo Support & Rescue is a 501c3 private nonprofit animal welfare organization proud to be serving the people and animals of North Texas since 2012. As one of very few no-kill, open-admission, full-service animal rescues, we are dedicated to saving the abused and abandoned, reducing pet overpopulation, and educating the public. Through pet adoptions, community outreach, public education, referral and quality animal care, we provide support for over 3,500 pets and their people annually. BIG or Small we love them all.

Our Needs

Apollo hopes to raise $60,000 to help us fulfill our mission of saving neglected, abused and abandoned animals. With your support and a generous matching gift, our goal is to build an adoption lobby with a meet n greet area for adopters to have a quiet space to get to know their new furry friend. Depending on funds raised this area will display 8-12 adoptable animals, have an in home living room like feel, front desk to process adoptions, and photo wall to take happy tails 📸! Total construction is estimated to be around $100K so every dollar helps, plus the Communities Foundation is covering all CC fees through the end of the year!

If we exceed our fundraising goal, we hope to be able to order custom kennels to showcase animals in a quieter environment.
