Catholic Charities Dallas

A nonprofit organization

Catholic Charities is one of the leading social service agencies in North Texas striving to answer the call from all in need.

While our work is rooted in the Catholic faith, we serve all who turn to us for assistance: families living in poverty and hunger, immigrants and refugees seeking a new life and new opportunities, parents who want to ensure their young children access quality early childhood education, and so many others—including the homeless and housing insecure, vulnerable seniors, and pregnant or parenting moms.

We are first responders to our community's most vulnerable, helping those in crisis move toward a better life. We believe that every person and family have the right to pursue their best life with respect and dignity. So we walk alongside them in their journeys, helping them find stability and self-sufficiency through hope and healing.

Last year, we helped over 150,000 of our community's most vulnerable.

The strengths of each of our 35+ programs, which cover a 9-county region in North Texas, are as diverse as the populations we serve, but our commitment to serving all in need with dignity remains the same.

Mission

Catholic Charities calls the community to action to join us in addressing the root causes of poverty, hunger, and homelessness by serving, educating, and empowering all those in need.
