With programs and support for everyone from high school students looking for a path to a great career to adult learners upskilling to better support their family, we can reach the Dallasites who need to be connected to great jobs and meet today's workforce challenges.

From our groundbreaking research into student needs alongside partners like Child Poverty Action Lab, the Trellis Foundation, The Hope Center for College, Community, and Justice, and the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute, to our innovative Labor Market Intelligence Center that tracks the latest demands of industry, we stay on the cutting edge to ensure our programs directly connect students with high-value careers.

  Dallas College graduates earn approximately $900,000 more over 40 years compared to those with only a high school diploma. One out of every 49 jobs in Dallas County is supported by the activities of Dallas College and its students.
