George Bannerman Dealey Montessori Academy PTA

Dealey Montessori is a public PK-8th school and is strongly supported by parents and community from around the city. We are a National Blue Ribbon school that is home to over 600 students living in over 45 zip codes throughout the Dallas area, and a diverse ethnic population with more than 25 languages spoken by students and staff.

Our PTA is a dedicated group of parents, teachers, and administrators who work together to provide resources and programs to all families in our school community. The PTA supports the quality of education at Dealey with strategic investments in curriculum materials, enrichment and instructional programs, and faculty training opportunities that directly enhance the school's mission of academic excellence for all Dealey students.

Dealey strives to instill in our children these foundations for success: leadership, self-discipline, self-confidence, passion, purpose, lifelong learning, and community involvement. 

Our Needs

The George Bannerman Dealey PTA is seeking funds to further our mission of fostering communication and cooperation between parents, teachers, staff, and the local community to ensure that Dealey students develop to their full potential emotionally, socially, physically, and intellectually.

The funds raised 2023 – 2024 school year will be used for Faculty Support (such as training, classroom materials, academic software, meals and appreciation events), Student Support (such as extracurricular grants for families in need, field trip funds, field day), and Community Support (such as campus improvement projects, community events, parent programs) and more!
