Our Needs
Denton County Friends of the Family relies on contributions in order to provide free, comprehensive services to our clients. It costs $100 to provide one night of shelter to a mother and her child, $1,000 to provide groceries at the shelter for one month, and $65 to provide an hour of direct services including but not limited to counseling, legal advocacy, and child play therapy. In addition to these services, your contribution will help us maintain and keep our emergency shelter and outreach facilities running so that clients are always able to turn to us for assistance in their time of crisis or need.
