Mission:  Provide and promote high quality, affordable service enriched housing through advocacy, compassion and stewardship while celebrating cultural differences among our staff and residents.  

Vision:  To create a sense of safety and security by empowering those we serve.

Aspirations: The wisdom and knowledge gained from 35 years of providing affordable housing have garnered perseverance, cultural awareness, outreach and benevolence. Through our eight aspirations, we will continue to grow and evolve through awareness, experience and involvement in the greater community, while fulfilling our vision, "to create a sense of safety and security by empowering those we serve".

Our Needs

Since we are funded by HUD, the funding for aging property upkeep is not adequate for inflation and rising costs. We need donations this year to make upgrades to our vulnerable low-income senior and Veteran homes. These could include enhancements to assist with those suffering from the chronic pain of arthritis, additional air filters for those needing oxygen, lighting choices for low-vision, and more. We want our seniors to have peace of mind in their homes and create a safe and secure environment.  We have served Denton's most vulnerable population for over 25 years and need your help to continue for 25 more years!
This year our theme for North Texas Giving Day is Save our Seniors' Homes.
A gift of any size will make a big impact in residents' lives to spend their final years in comfort and will receive a funding match on North Texas Giving Day.
