At Holy Family, in coordination with HFCA parents, teachers and staff work tirelessly to provide the best possible education to all children in the southwest Irving and DFW metropolitan area. Located at the intersection of the George Bush Highway (161) and Hwy 183, HFCA is one of the most diverse Catholic schools in the DFW area, a true place where faith and community intersect as a wellspring for learning and spiritual formation.
Currently 66% of our students are Hispanic, and 34% are non-Hispanic. 11% of our students are Asian, 15% are African or African American and 15% are of two or more races. This helps our students to be open-minded, to understand and appreciate their own cultures and personal histories, and are open to the perspectives, values and traditions of other individuals and communities. They are accustomed to seeking and evaluating a range of points of view, and are willing to grow from the experience.
