For only 73 cents, we can give a family a cart of groceries! Every dollar counts!

Inspired Vision Compassion Center (IVCC) provides groceries to 1800-2000 families per day, five days a week. Our volume allows us to provide fresh vegetables and healthy eating options rather than canned food to our clients. We do not have geographical restrictions or waiting periods. People who come for food will receive food the same day no matter where they live.

Our Free Grocery Store includes but is not limited to: fresh produce, bread, dairy, meat and assorted groceries (which shift depending on donations available); furniture, clothing; and the following items upon request and availability: pet food. bottles, formula, diapers, car seats, home medical equipment (e.g. shower chairs, wheelchairs, blood pressure cuffs, blood sugar monitors, walkers and crutches).

In addition to our free grocery store, we offer numerous services free of charge to the community:

Inspired Vision Compassion Center holds our annual Christmas Blessing Toy Giveaway which provided toys for over 17,000 children in 2023, Prom Store, Homecoming Store, Back to School uniforms, backpacks, and school supplies, Teacher Store, Home Medical Equipment Store, Wedding Dress and Quince Dress Giveaway, and much more.

We host various classes throughout the year such as Living Healthy with Diabetes, New Mothers Class, Mental Health First Aid, Active Shooter Response and many more. We offer a senior social each week for 55+ individuals to network with others and have fun.

We partner with Parkland to provide health screenings for adults and virtual medical office visits, with LifeSavers Foundation to provide pediatric health care, sonograms, and pregnancy testing, with South Dallas Employment Project to provide job training, employment assistance, and help with getting IDs, with Metrocare to provide counseling and mental health referrals.

We provide spay, neuter, and vaccine clinics for pets through partnership with Duck Team 6, Spay Neuter Network, SPCA and Operation Kindness.

In 2023, Inspired Vision Compassion Center fed 460,000 families through our free grocery store. Our free children’s clinic provided medical care for approximately 45 children per day. Additionally, our Christmas Blessing Toy Giveaway surpassed our wildest expectations with 17,000 kids receiving toys  and goodie bags. Our Back to School event gave school supplies to over 1,300 children, and 800 teachers in the Dallas area.

Our Motto: With your help, at IVCC Everyone Eats

Our Needs

All of our food and supplies are donated but we have to pay for trucking to bring the items to our location in the South East area of Dallas. We are also working to pay off the mortgage on our current location and complete additional renovations to be able to expand our services.

We are primarily supported by individuals like you who see the need in our community and give. Thank you for being a part of our mission to improve the lives of those in need.

Mission

Our mission is to change the mental, emotional, and educational brokenness in our community and stop the cycle of poverty in the City of Dallas, and surrounding areas. We strive to be a transformative organization that helps reshape our community into one that rises above the inequities that have trapped families in poverty for generations.

We transform lives in our community through prayer, mentoring, educating and supporting families in crisis.
