Homeless Care Services

Through the Acclaim Street Medicine team and the Medical Home True Worth, JPS Health Network provides healthcare to people experiencing homelessness in Tarrant County. Our teams provide chronic disease management, acute care, wound care, addiction medicine services, behavioral health care, screening, and preventive care.

Although we receive minimal assistance from government funding, it is generous donors like you who allow us to enhance the high-quality, compassionate healthcare we provide for Tarrant County’s most vulnerable population. Our commitment to our patients doesn't just stop at providing exceptional healthcare. We believe that every moment matters for our patients. JPS Health Network is here to provide comfort and healing during every patient's time of need.

Give Today

Mission

The JPS Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising money to provide goods and services to continue to make JPS Health Network a regional and national leader in transforming healthcare delivery. Our three pillars of giving are our patients, our community, and our team members.

As the county’s essential hospital, JPS provides healthcare to all Tarrant County residents, regardless of their ability to pay. While government funding plays a role in helping us fulfill that commitment, the JPS Foundation raises funds to fill the gap between that funding and the additional resources needed to provide the high-quality care our patients deserve.
