At On the Road Companies, our mission is to drive economic prosperity and enhance financial stability within our communities. Our specialty programs are designed to provide targeted support and resources to individuals and families, empowering them to achieve economic mobility and independence.
Our workforce development programs are dedicated to engaging, expanding, and innovating pathways to success by increasing the workforce and transforming lives. With a Department of Labor-registered paid apprenticeship program that is fully integrated into every repair center, we empower individuals to learn while they earn, providing the skills and opportunities needed to change their life’s trajectory and achieve lasting economic independence. Through our commitment to education, employment, and personal growth, we create avenues for sustainable success and build a stronger, more prosperous community.
Our Needs
Fundraising for our workforce growth and prosperity initiatives would support several critical needs:
Program Expansion: Donations would allow us to expand our reach, bringing our workforce development programs to more underserved communities in North Texas.
Operational Costs: Support would help cover essential operational expenses, including staff salaries, technology upgrades, and program materials, ensuring we can continue to deliver high-quality services.
Outreach and Partnership Development: Funds would facilitate partnerships with local businesses, workforce agencies, and community organizations, enhancing job placement opportunities and expanding our impact.

We are a nationwide organization offering workforce pathways for marginalized and underrepresented persons (both youth and working adults) through Pre-Apprenticeships, Registered Apprenticeships, and Customized Training in Advanced Automotive Technology.
