The Alliance of Elite Youth Leadership (A.E.Y.L.), established in 2013, is a non-profit 50l(c) (3) community-based organization offering community and economic empowerment through a variety of resourceful services for a direct all-inclusive approach to supporting the success of families in the community. AEYL specializes in the guidance of teens and young adults (12-18 & 19-26) to strengthen their mindset Intellectually, Emotionally, Physically, and Socially through Core Pillars. Valuable resources, products and services are offered at the centrally located AEYL-FLS Resource Center Downtown McKinney, Texas; where AEYL is recognized for its contributions to the empowerment and development of residents of Collin County with the following awards:

The society's growing demand for leadership within the next generation has led to the formation of the Alliance of Elite Youth Leadership, the programs and services as well as the interest in acquisition of the ultimate goals and plans for serving the increasing demand for engagement with teens, young adults and families; a premier building the "Empowerment Center". Within this facility, AEYL will have the opportunity to continue providing sustainable resources to the community through the following service avenues to maintain stability in households, schools and communities:

The mission is dedicated to the development of a diverse population of teens and young adults; including low-to-moderate geographic areas, to cultivate EXPOSURE & OPPORTUNITY to build positive perspectives of life with an emphasis on HIGHER EDUCATION, ECONOMIC and COMMUNITY development.

15-PASSENGER VEHICLE FOR AEYL PROGRAMS Support AEYL by helping to secure a 15-passenger vehicle! This essential vehicle will transport our members to and from enriching programs, exciting outings, and valuable career exploration experiences.

CLASS OF 2025 HS GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS Each school year, AEYL donors have the unique opportunity to directly impact the lives of dedicated High School Scholars who are committed to expanding their educational horizons.

CAREER & WORKFORCE PLACEMENT PROGRAM with SUMMER INTERNSHIP & ENTREPRENEURSHIP SKILLS TRAINING Your funding will open doors for a diverse group of teens and young adults, providing them with invaluable exposure and accessibility to higher education and career opportunities.
