Imagine having to make the unimaginable decision to surrender a pet you love because you can no longer care for it, or consider someone who has fallen on hard times and must choose between feeding themselves or feeding their beloved pet. Too often, the pet is well-fed while the owner suffers.
But it doesn’t have to be this way. With a little community support, we can help keep pets in their loving homes while ensuring the health and well-being of those who care for them. By doing so, we also prevent pets from ending up in already overcrowded shelters, where euthanasia is sometimes the only option.
How can we achieve this? By providing pet owners with a little extra help. Your donations—whether money, pet food, or supplies—allow us to offer assistance to those who need it most. By working with the ASPCA, food banks, and community outreach organizations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area, your donation to Pet Pals Pack helps keep pets with the families who love them.
The bond between humans and pets is powerful. Sometimes, the love of a pet is all someone has in this world. We have a meaningful opportunity to help them keep the pets they love.
"Thank you Pet Pals Pack for the generously donated pet items and supplies that we received from your wonderful organization. Our hospice patients here at Good Shepherd Hospice will be forever grateful and blessed. Thank you from all of us here at Good Shepherd."

"Thank you so much for what you do in helping the homes of the animals in need, specifically mine. I lost my job about a month ago and it has been hard to make ends meet. I couldn’t imagine ever giving my dogs up and it’s because of people like you that help to keep our dogs in our homes. Thank you and may God bless you."

Currently, we are working with Plano Community Homes to support economically disadvantaged senior residents and their pets.
Thanks to your previous support, we are able to offer the following opportunities to the community:
The Pet Pals Pack was founded in 2017 by people passionate about animal welfare and pet ownership within their community. We are dedicated to promoting the social benefits of keeping pets and people together. We support ensuring that as many pets as possible are able to stay in stable, loving homes.
Our passion for supporting the community and the need for such support has grown due to the challenges we all faced with the covid-19 pandemic.
Our work is made possible by our partnerships with social service organizations in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area who help us get resources to pet owners who need it most. You can help us support pets, their pet owners and our community by becoming one of our valued partners.
We are currently raising funds for 2025 pet supply giveaways. You can join our mission of giving back to pets and their owners who are struggling financially by making a donation today.
Your gift will provide critical supplies to families in need:
*$25 - teaser wands for 5 cats for mental stimulation
*$35 - treat packages for 5 dogs
*$40 - lickable treats for 12 cats
*$50 - 15 dog toys to prevent destructive behaviors
*$75 - 2 gallons of pet shampoo and conditioner
Please consider a gift to support pet families in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
