Repertory Company Theatre is dedicated to bringing Broadway to our community through quality  entertainment, building engagement, and fostering arts education. For thirty-eight years, we have  enriched the cultural life of the Richardson, Plano, and North Dallas area with top-tier productions of classic plays and Broadway musicals. Our talented REP Company of actors, coupled with innovative direction and leadership, consistently earns admiration and praise from audiences and critics alike. Beyond our performances, we nurture and educate thousands of children year-round through workshops and classes, fostering a love for the arts and developing future talent.

As the start of our new season approaches, we want you to know about the exciting programming currently in preparation. The 2024-2025 Season will include classic musicals: South Pacific, Little Shop of Horrors, along with newer favorites: A Christmas Carol the Musical, Legally Blonde, Dolly Parton’s 9 to 5 and Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder- for Valentine Weekend. We have scheduled two great plays, Sherlock Holmes’ Hound of the Baskervilles– 1st show of the season and Miracle on 34th Street– for Thanksgiving weekend. This year, Broadway’s Best will be the beloved, Once Upon a Mattress with an immersive twist. Productions will be held at Repertory Company Theatre, 770 N Coit, Richardson and Courtyard Theater, 1509 H Ave, Plano.  Two Locations. One Great Theatre. 

In addition our School of Musical Theatre will provide year-round workshops and classes for ages 7-18. Sessions are performance based and taught by education professions from the Dallas area. Our educational component is an important part of our mission.  For the past 38 years, RCT has been dedicated to the well rounded development of our youth.  

Our Needs

As a nonprofit organization, we rely on the generous support of our community to sustain our mission. Ticket sales and tuition fees cover only 60% of our annual budget. The remaining 40% comes from the invaluable contributions of patrons who believe in the transformative power of the arts. Your support helps us cover essential costs such as costumes, sets, production personnel, utilities, rent, performance rights, and publicity.

The 2024 RAISE YOUR VOICE Campaign will provide sustaining funds for the 2024-2025 Season. Our Goal is to raise $55,000 buy December 31st.
