St. Arbor Community Garden is a thriving green space where community, sustainability, and nature come together. Nestled betweeen both Collin and Denton counties, St. Arbor is more than just a garden—it's a gathering place for people of all ages to connect with the earth, learn about sustainable gardening, and grow fresh, organic produce.

Our garden was founded with the mission  to enhance opportunities for healthy, nutritious food resources, community engagement events and to ignite hope in Denton and Collin Counties' poorest residents. By investing in improving the lives of our neighbors, we are all richer by developing in lasting relationships, compassion and tolerance. We strive to create a shared space where everyone, regardless of gardening experience, can come together to cultivate not only plants but also friendships and a sense of community. With a diverse array of garden plots, communal areas, and educational programs, St. Arbor provides a place where members can grow their own vegetables, herbs, and flowers, participate in workshops, and engage in community events.

Whether you're an experienced gardener or a curious beginner, St. Arbor Community Garden is the perfect place to dig in, get your hands dirty, and watch your efforts bloom. Join us in nurturing a greener, healthier future for our neighborhood!

Our Needs

Our biggest need currently is to complete our state of the art hydro/aquaponic greenhouse and install an in-ground irrigation systems for our container beds.

Mission

To enhance the quality of life in our communities, fulfill their unmet needs, and establish an environment where everyone is loved, valued and has the resources they need to thrive.

St. Arbor, a refuge created from united efforts of pouring hope and love into our community.

Needs

Right now we are in need of donations to complete our 2500 square foot greenhouse. The greenhouse is a hydro/aquaponic system, utilizing both fish and water to grow organic vegetables.

We are also in need of volunteers who can work in the garden during the day.
