For the last 15 years Tapestry Women's Ministry has provided counseling service referrals, emergency housing, seminars, and support to women affected by domestic abuse. Over the last 25 years Tapestry Ministries has provided over 500 teens through the YES (Youth Expecting Success) Program with SAT prep and life skills classes and has assisted over 100 of these first-generation college youth to obtain a college education.
Tapestry Ministries strives to help build healthy communities by providing life affirming services to men, women, and children in need.
Funds to provide temporary emergency hotel shelter for domestic violence victims actively fleeing dangerous environments when shelters are at capacity and provide counseling referrals, hygiene supplies, and conduct seminars for women abuse survivors. Funds are also needed to support direct academic and life skills programing to teens through the YES (Youth Expecting Success) Program.
