This Side UP! Family is a one-of-a-kind non-profit that provides safe, family- friendly programs and services that equip parents with all the tools, skills and quality activities they need to move from surviving to thriving! We have received numerous awards and recognition as a community non-profit bringing much-needed focus on family strengthening! This Side Up! Family Center has been featured on Channel 8 News, Good Morning Texas, KVIL103.7 Lite FM Radio, in the Dallas Morning News, the Plano Star Courier, and Plano Magazine.

Our Needs

Due to COVID-19, we've had to postpone three important fundraisers. We have also had to cancel in-person programming but have pivoted to providing a weekly newsletter full of resources for families during Shelter in Place. We have also created an At-Home Date Night program for parents and weekly family connection challenges. We have cut expenses but are in need of financial support to continue offering our support and services. Events may have been cancelled but family connection and strengthening is more important than ever!
