Life is more than a heartbeat, we understand life begins at conception. Our clinic counselors and medical teams celebrate when a mother chooses life for her baby in our clinics, but our holistic services help ensure these children are born into strong families and into a community that will continue to support them.

That's why we approach life on three frontlines:

1. Saving babies by inspiring decisions for life. 

  • Three free pregnancy clinics, and a Mobile Clinic, in Dallas County inspire women and their partners facing an unplanned pregnancy to choose life. 
  • Comprehensive, honest education presents clients with information on all options: Abortion, Parenting, and Adoption. 
  • Medical team performs free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, and medical consultations as needed. 
  • Spiritually-centered counseling infuses hope and encourages decisions for life.

2. Equipping families to flourish in faith and parenthood. 

  • Earn While You Learn classes teach everything from parenting to Christian discipleship. 
  • One-on-one mentorships that build men and women to be godly spiritually informed and supported parents. 
  • Practical help is offered through our network of partners, Medicaid and social service providers.

3. Transforming communities through education about when life begins. 

  • Pregnancy clinics locally and around the world seek our mentorship and materials, including partner clinics in Uganda and Chile. 
  • Partnerships with local churches and the faith community to strengthen our movement.

Our Needs

Help us empower women and their partners in unexpected pregnancies to make informed decisions regarding their unborn children. We have offered free medical, educational, emotional, and spiritual support for 40+ years at 3 locations in Dallas and a mobile unit, and impacted more than 175,000 people.

Thrive Women's Clinic operates three pregnancy clinics and a mobile unit in Dallas County to educate women to make an informed decision regarding their pregnancies and provides an alternative to abortion. Our medical team performs pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, and medical consultations free of charge, while our volunteer advocates educate women on all their options: abortion, parenting, adoption. Gospel-centered counseling infuses hope and encourages decisions for life and for Christ.

We want our clients to hear compassion, not judgment; experience dignity and empowerment, not despair; and choose life for their babies and life in Christ for themselves. We know they need hope through the Gospel AND practical help. We offer this through medical care and personal relationships built over time, fostered through mentoring and family celebrations.
