The Travel & Sports Legacy Foundation is a 501c3 organization that provides job training, scholarships, mentoring and internship placement assistance for underserved youth and adults interested in careers in travel and tourism and sports management. TSLF programs are offered primarily to students enrolled in public high schools, public community colleges, and four-year universities.
The Travel & Sports Legacy Foundation (TSLF) is a 501c3 organization that connects the Arlington community with great careers, tourism enterprises with talented people, and the tourism industry with a more sustainable and employable future.
TSLF focuses on assisting underrepresented youth and adults with educational attainment, financial support and career opportunities in travel, tourism and sports management, and providing workforce solutions for tourism and sports industry stakeholders.
Programs include:
* Career exploration programs for high school students
* Job Training Programs
* College scholarships and mentoring programs
* College internship placement assistance
Tourism jobs are upwardly mobile and can be a great equalizer for persons from all socioeconomic backgrounds.
Our programs serve over 500 secondary and post-secondary education students annually.
TSLF is seeking funding to support its Teach Tourism Grant Program, College Scholarship and Mentoring Program, 40 Futures Initiative and Summer Sports Camp. More information about TSLF programs is available at www.travelandsportslegacyfoundation.org.
