Prizes are awarded based on cause areas, donor retention and activation, and randomized
drawings throughout the North Texas Giving Day season.

Small Organizations: Annual budget size of less than $250,000

Southwest Airlines is the cause area sponsor of Human Trafficking organizations in North Texas. Although human trafficking is not an easy topic to discuss, Southwest Airlines is committed to spotting and reporting trafficking in the air and on the ground through staff training, financial support, and policy change.
