Funds to aid in our efforts to grow our workforce and future leaders in Richardson and Richardson ISD.
The Foundation will be operated solely to (i) fund workforce development in the City of Richardson, (ii) provide tuition assistance to financially challenged applicants of Leadership Richardson, (iii) develop continuing education and professional development programs in topics such as human resources, diversity and inclusion, sales and marketing, information technology, etc.,
Donation to replenish the fund that provide tuition assistance for Leadership Richardson. One-fourth of this year's participants requested and received need-based monetary aid, which allows them to take part in the program.
We provide tuition assistance on needs basis only.
