Keep Vets with Their Pets

SoldiersVillage provides transitional housing and support to veterans experiencing housing instability. We believe that no veteran should be homeless. Our current facility is a renovated farmhouse and our vision is to build a tiny home village on the 10 acres the home sits on. We believe that housing is a fundamental human right and in order to address the underlying causes of homelessness, an individual first needs to have safe and supportive housing. 

One barrier of obtaining emergency or transitional housing for homeless individuals is not wanting to be separated from their pets. We are blessed to have land and try if at all possible to allow a veteran to bring their pet with them to relieve one barrier to housing.
