MATCH ALERT: TO CELEBRATE NORTH TEXAS GIVING DAY, I WILL MATCH UP TO $500 DONATED THROUGH THIS PAGE!

Team,

Thank you for supporting Shakespeare Dallas with me for this year's North Texas Giving Day!

Shakespeare Dallas has been bringing affordable professional theater to the Dallas area for over 50 years. I am fortunate enough to serve on the Board of this incredible organization, and the more familiar I become, the more impressed and inspired by Shakespeare Dallas I become. Whether you are a long-term Shakespeare enthusiast or a complete new-comer, Shakespeare Dallas definitely has something for everyone and makes sure all are welcome.

Why Shakespeare Dallas? For those who know me well, you probably already know how essential affordable access to the arts was to my childhood and personal development. Though streaming services offer us many entertainment options, there really is no substitute for live performance - and it is Shakespeare Dallas's mission to make sure live performance remains affordable and accessible for all in the Dallas area!

Our initiatives include two full productions during each summer (most recently, Scenes from The Odyssey and Shakespeare's Twelfth Night), one fall production (this fall, Julius Caesar), a winter production, summer camps, a Shakespeare-themed pub crawl, book clubs, and year-around community engagement and outreach. Without our generous donors, we simply would not be able to bring these events to life.

Thank you again for your support of Shakespeare Dallas. If you are able to make it out to the park for Julius Caesar this fall or for next season, please let me know! I would love to have you as my guest.

Cheers, and thank you again!

Kathryn
