North Texas shelters are overwhelmed with pets needing help every day. While some shelters can handle the basics, they often don’t have the resources for pets with complex medical needs. Without immediate medical care, many face an uncertain future. That’s where the magic of rescues like The Happy Pet Project comes in.

Our mission? To tackle Texas’ pet overpopulation with rescue, rehab, and adoption. But we’re not stopping there! We’re creating a vibrant community where pet lovers and animal welfare champions come together to boost the health and happiness of pets, their humans, and everyone in between.
