ABTRR is unique in the rescue world in that they specialize in both seniors and special needs dogs, giving them the time they need to heal and find their perfect forever home. Since most adopters are looking for healthy, young dogs without health or behavior challenges, most of the dogs in their program stay in foster care longer than usual. That extended care costs money that they don’t recoup through adoption fees so they rely on fundraisers like this one to continue their mission of rescuing and rehabilitating the underdogs!
I’ve set a personal goal of $500 to help them help more golden oldies, hospice cases, and special needs Boston Terriers. If you’re willing and able to contribute a few dollars to the cause today, it would sure mean a lot to me. Thank you!
I’m dedicating this fundraiser to my foster pup, Charlie! He was hit by a car 8 years ago and has lived with me ever since. He deserves a chance and I know someday he will find his family. Some of our dogs are with us a long time before they find their perfect home. Your donations help us care for them while they wait.
