She Supply NTX Giving Day 2024

As many of you know, I work with an extraordinary nonprofit called SHE SUPPLY that's committed to helping end period poverty in North Texas by collecting and distributing FREE period products to women and girls in need. 

• More than 150,000 female-led households in North Texas living below the poverty line.
• More than 2,400 women and girls in the Metroplex are homeless.
• One in four North Texas women and girls struggle monthly to afford or access period products. 
• One in three low-income North Texas women miss work and girls miss school monthly because they chronically do not have period products.

In January, She Supply set a goal to distribute ONE MILLION period products in 2024. It's an audacious goal (it took seven years to collect our first million), but we're closing in!

To reach our 1M goal, we need to raise $30,000 for North Texas Giving Day. To help make that happen, I'm setting a personal goal to help raise $5,000 of that and Ginger and I are seeding that with a $500 donation.
