DALLAS – October 17th, 2023 - The 10th annual Oak Cliff Flamenco Festival spans the entire month of October with events across the State including, Mckinney, Denton, San Antonio and Dallas.

Producer Julia Alcantara boasts a 25+ year career in top quality flamenco productions and her nonprofit Flamenco Fever is at the helm of this incredible line up. The Festival’s “Grand Finale” performance on Saturday, October 19th (pending Matinee Oct 20th) will feature 5 artists direct from the Iberian Peninsula, who will take the audience on a journey through a wide range of emotions, from the elegant and joyous "Alegrias" to "Siguiriyas," the dance of death.

2 concerts and workshops with these legendary artists will christen the newly opened “La Cantera Arts Conservatory”.  A lifelong dream of Alcantara’s has finally come to fruition with the donation of a 4600 sq ft space being transformed this Summer into a dance studio and event space designed specifically for the performing arts.

Up close and personal is the best way to be transformed by the intricacies of flamenco footwork and guitar and song. Do not miss your chance to sit feet away from some of the best Flamenco in the World!

  • The touring artists join the participants of the 7th annual Fall Flamenco Residency which provides top notch training and performances around DFW during Hispanic Heritage Month
