Celebrating 5 Years at Readers 2 Leaders!

Hello friends! 😊

This summer, I celebrated 5 years at Readers 2 Leaders! I am so grateful to work with an incredible team and for such an important mission. I started my journey here as an instructor, teaching students in small groups and coaching at our nonprofit partner sites. I was then able to grow into the role of the Volunteer and Communications Associate, working in more of an administrative capacity. I love that my job is to share our impact with the community! I have witnessed our programs in action first-hand, and it is truly inspiring to see the growth in skills and confidence when students receive the support they need.
