The Ladder Alliance - North Texas Giving Day 2023

At the Ladder Alliance, we provide those opportunities for survivors of domestic violence and low-income women, leading to self-sufficient, independent, and successful lives through workforce development and career readiness.

With encouragement, empowerment, and education, students are able to step out into society after graduation strengthened with the tools they need to better themselves, their families and the community as a whole for generations to come.
