Through an existing scholarship offered by Oak Cliff Chamber of Commerce (the Golden Oaks Scholarship), and enrollment to Dallas College through the Dallas County Promise program, deserving collegebound, high school seniors who currently reside in or attend a school in Oak Cliff can apply to the Oak Cliff Scholars program to receive a semesterly cash incentive throughout each recipient’s undergraduate experience and mentorship from business leaders and peer mentors in the area.
