The ZWHJCOC focuses on three pathways to help create economic sustainability for our stakeholders. They offer programs in Entrepreneurship, Workforce Pathways and Asset Building.
Entrepreneurship- The Small/Emerging Business Program that launched in 2022 gave small business owners the opportunity to learn and build the tenets of a successful venture.
Workforce Pathways-Our Low Voltage/Fiber Optic training program is a 4-week job skills program for individuals who are looking to get back into the workforce by learning an in-demand skill that will increase their opportunity to earn a livable wage. This program includes job skills training, personal growth training, such as Increments of Success financial planning, and emotional wellbeing sessions.
Asset Building- ZWHJCOC offers financial literacy classes. Cash Flow, Collateral and Leverage sessions teach about the economy and financial assets to help individuals build wealth. Increments of Success Coaching provides a combination of technical training and financial planning, and it guides individuals in the development of SMART goals. The Financial Wellness Village is a 12-week coaching program aimed at helping women thrive during challenging times.
