Be a Catalyst for Hope!

Normalcy, Dignity, Hope.  They sound like normal words-words that most of us take for granted.  But they are Christ's Haven for Children's core values and one of the things that attracted me to want to work for this organization.  Using a family model of care, Christ's Haven strives to provide displaced children, teens and young adults a loving environment where they can grow mentally, spiritually, emotionally and physically.  

When I came to Texas to interview for this job earlier this year, I remember my husband and I driving through the property amazed at the neighborhood of homes, full of smiling, playing children.  The neighborhood looks like any other neighborhood, and that is intentional.  It is a neighborhood of homes where siblings can stay together and thrive, children can be children, and young adults have guidance as they enter the adult world.  It is hope for tomorrow.
