The Human Impact is the power of friendship!

The work of The Human Impact is based on a simple commandment: love your neighbor. 

We seek to do that through friendship - by loving and befriending those who are often overlooked and rarely characterized as “neighbors.” Every day, we get invited into this story of love and friendship with folks experiencing long-term homelessness. 

Our role in this story has been to show up and listen, recognize our own powerlessness and inner poverty, and trust in the power of God’s love to transform and the power of friendship to heal.

At The Human Impact, we know friendship heals because we experience it in our lives, and we see it happen all around us on the street.
