🚨 Meet Vida: A Fighter in Need 🚨 

Just as we kick off our North Texas Giving Day weekend, we were called to rescue Vida — a stray found at a construction site in the roughest shape we've seen in a long time. Severely emaciated, covered in fresh wounds, and caked in dirt, Vida has been fighting for survival on her own for a while. But despite it all, her spirit remains unshaken. This brave girl calmly approached the crew who found her, and they brought her to the shelter just in time. 

Vida needs more medical care than the shelter can provide; Vida deserves a second chance. She’s now severely anemic, dehydrated, and underweight, and is being rushed to medical boarding for IV fluids and close monitoring. This is the heart of our mission. At TLP, we believe every dog deserves the chance to THRIVE, no matter how dire their circumstances. But we can’t do it alone.
