North Texas Area Community Health Centers (NTACHC) are a community family medical practice that offers a full-range of primary and preventative healthcare services to our patients. We use a patient-centered approach to help patients make the best decisions for their health. Our team of highly qualified, dedicated medical professionals work closely with patients to ensure that they receive the care they need to get well and stay healthy.
We offer a coordinated team-based approach to healthcare, in which a team of medical professionals work together to provide for your primary health care needs (acute, chronic and preventative) and assist in arranging appropriate care with other qualified professionals and/or specialists to ensure your continuity of care. Our teams at NTACHC include physicians, physician assistants, nurses, medical assistant, pharmacists, social workers, and educators. This model results in more personalized, coordinated, effective and efficient care.
NTACHC works closely with you and your family to understand and respect your unique needs, culture, values, and preferences. We actively support you in learning to manage and organize your own care at the level you so choose. Recognizing that patients and families are core members of the care team, NTACHC ensures that your family is a fully informed partner in establishing care plans.
NTACHC delivers accessible services to you and is responsive to your preferences regarding access. We demonstrate a commitment to quality and quality improvement by ongoing activities such as using evidence-based medicine and clinical tools to guide shared decision making with you and your family.
Our primary care teams consist of the following:
• Primary Care Providers (Doctors, Physician Assistants, or Nurse Practitioners)
• Registered Nurses (RNs)
• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
• Medical Assistants (MAs)
• Patient Assistant Representatives (PARs)
We accept most health insurance policies and we have a financial assistance program based upon a sliding scale if you do not have insurance that can help you reduce medical, prescription and laboratory costs so you can keep your life in balance.
