As a board member for Over the Bridge Arts, I have seen this organization provide a space for newer and established artists to bring their music, poetry, spoken word, dance and music to communities including Oak Cliff and West Dallas. I support the arts because of its healing power- observing an arts performance allows you to connect with others and transform your inner turmoil into beauty.
