Darron Burks Scholarship for Future Educators

100% of funds raised for this campaign will be used to award a scholarship to an aspiring male teacher of color in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. 

Officer Darron Burks spent the bulk of his professional career as an educator in schools before becoming a DPD officer. He was a role model to so many and a shining example of servant leadership. We honor his life and his legacy by paying it forward to a future educator who we hope will do the same.
