Team Balance for Fortress

Team Balance is competing for bragging rights and an assortment of fun prizes from our Executive Director. But most importantly, we're raising money for Fortress. For us, working at Fortress is more than a job, it's a mission and a calling. Every dollar we raise will go into our cash reserves, as our goal this year as an organization is to create balance in both our financial health and our work culture. A healthy cash reserve will ensure that when grant funds and government subsidies fall short, we can still pay the water bill, keep the lights on, and run our payroll - and continue opening our doors for the kids and families who depend on us each day. The best part? When our team hits $1,000, it will be matched with another $1,000 from our friends at The Morris Foundation!
