Inspired to Help was set up to help others in need. I have been in the board for the past 6 years. Being part of this organization has shown me that there are good people out there who just need a little help sometimes. People who pay their bills, but don't have enough to buy Christmas for their kids, who don't have enough to put food on the table 3 times a day, and who want a better life for their children.
Inspired to Help raises money to help people do all these things and more. With a short request form submitted, we consider helping to pay electricity bills or saving someone from losing their car, so they can continue working to help themselves.
There are three programs we work annually; our senior program, scholarship program and the unhoused program.
Visit our website to learn more about the work we do. And know that all of the funds we collect - go back into the community to help others. We do not have overhead to cover, as the small board and volunteers do the work in the community. It helps us connect with those who need us and work hard to do more.
